Air Automations
Google Business Profile for multi-location brands

Every Google listing, kept up to date in every location.

With two locations you can do it by hand. With twenty, or thousands, listings go without posts, reviews go unanswered and a listing goes dark without anyone noticing. We automate all three: AI review responses, local posts, and a daily check that every listing is still visible.

AI review responses in your voice

The system reads every new review and drafts a reply in your brand's tone. Simple positive reviews can be answered automatically; negative or sensitive ones go to the location manager with a suggested reply, so a person makes the call.

Local posts that don't read as copy-paste

An agent writes a different post for each location based on what's happening nearby (events, season, news from the store) and publishes it to Google and every other connected directory. That's what we built for Radical Storage: 6,700 storefronts in 239 cities on a daily posting loop.

Listings checked every day

A listing can switch off after a data change or an expired contract, and nobody finds out until visits drop. For Radical Storage we matched the status of all 14,552 listings against booking revenue and found 3,271 listings invisible on Google, ranked by the money at stake.

Radical Storage runs luggage-storage points in 239 cities across 48 countries. One person could reach about forty storefronts a week. We built an agent that finds the events near each storefront every day, writes the post in the brand's voice and publishes it to Google and Facebook. Today 6,700 storefronts are on that loop and the agent absorbs more than 40 hours a week of manual posting.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

A good fit if

  • You run several locations, franchises or stores with a Google listing.
  • Nobody has time to post or respond to reviews for each location.
  • Visits to your locations depend on showing up in Google Maps.
  • You use a listings management platform, or manage each listing by hand.

Not a fit if

  • You have a single location: half an hour a week covers it.
  • You want fake or paid reviews. It breaks Google's rules and we don't do it.

What automating your Google listings costs

The assessment starts at €1,500: we review your listings and tell you what's worth automating first. A production build, connected to your tools, costs €5,000 to €15,000 at a fixed price (excluding VAT), depending on how many systems it touches. The first version is usually live in 4 to 6 weeks.

FAQ

What people ask us first.

Can you respond to Google reviews automatically?

Yes, through the Google Business Profile API or a listings management platform. We recommend letting replies to positive reviews go out on their own and having a person check the negative ones first.

Does it work with Uberall or another listings platform?

Yes. For Radical Storage we publish through the Uberall API, which pushes each post to Google, Facebook and every other connected directory at once.

How much does it cost?

An assessment starts at €1,500. A production build costs between €5,000 and €15,000 at a fixed price, excluding VAT, depending on the number of locations and the tools you use.
